  • Good question!

    ALL orders (including digital) are edited before finalization and that process can add up to ten days to your fulfillment time:

    • Standard Edit Delay: up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS.

    • apr15 - june 15 Edit Delay: up to 18 BUSINESS DAYS

    • freeSHIP / galleryFINALE Day Orders Edit Delay: up to 20 BUSINESS DAYS

    • bagTAGs ship separately on our bagTAG timeline detailed in the product information. Check FAQ section “extraFUN” for a copy of that information!

    To check your order status from your proofing gallery account:

    1. Go to your studio’s online proofing site (or here: www.MYrelevePHOTO.com).

    2. Log In at the bottom right corner and enter your account details/password.

    3. Find your order. If shipping details or tracking info is shown, your order is on its way.

    4. If you see 'Waiting For Approval' it means it is in the queue to be edited, cropped, replaced, and approved before going to print.

      1. If it has NOT yet been the full estimated BUSINESS DAY timeline quoted above, sit tight and stay excited; no action is required from you at this time.

      2. If it HAS been the full estimated BUSINESS DAY delay quoted above, forward your Order Confirmation to info@relevePHOTO.com as we may have been trying to reach you with a question about your order!

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Extra editing & treatment requests will take longer in editing.

    • Orders that have photos from previous years may take longer.

    • bagTAGs ship separately according to our bagTAG timeline included in the product description. Please see FAQ section ‘extraFUN’ for a copy of that information.

    • Unfortunately, we CANNOT track (nor replace/refund) orders 90 days after they have been placed. You can still contact us requesting any details we may have on the shipment/order! Be sure to include order number, date, and details when emailing.

    Always contact us if you have not received your order or see tracking within 40 days of placing it!

  • On your studio's galleryDEBUT date, you will receive an email with the subject line “relevePHOTO Deposit Information.” Search the inbox of the email address used when making your deposit for that subject line or “relevePHOTO.” The email will contain your unique GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE and all instructions for how to apply your deposit to your purchase!

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Oftentimes, the email address associated with your payment method is auto-populated when making your deposit. galleryDEBUT emails and important gallery reminders will be sent to the email address used for the deposit. Double check the address you entered when making your deposit or check the email address associated with your payment method (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc!)

    • galleryDEBUTs are typically around three weeks after we have wrapped at your studio. For your specific galleryDEBUT date, go to releveAWAY.com and find your studio using the “studios” dropdown in the header.

    • Make sure you are NOT entering your GIFT CERT CODE in the COUPON CODE box. The Coupon Code box will show up on several pages of the checkout process. You'll enter your GIFT CERT CODE on the final page of the checkout process, just above the credit card field.

    If you cannot find your galleryDEBUT email, we can help! Just forward us your deposit receipt (automatically sent to the email address used when you placed your deposit) or email us the following:

  • COUPON CODES: As of 2019, we can NO LONGER apply coupon codes after the order is placed nor issue refunds for those who forget.

    However, if you'd like for us to cancel the order (so you can replace it using the coupon code), forward your photo order confirmation to info@relevePHOTO.com with a note to cancel the order so that you can place it again using your coupon code.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Replacing the order will affect editing and shipping times but it's likely worth the extra savings!

    • If you used a GIFT CERT CODE on the order and we cancel it, funds will go back to GIFT CERT CODE immediately. Refunds from any other payment method could take 2-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

    • You can safely replace your order (using your GIFT CERT CODE as you did originally) as soon as you get confirmation of the cancellation.

    GIFT CERTIFICATE CODES: If you forgot to use your gift certificate code, you have two options:

    1. The FREE Method: We cancel your order and then you place a NEW order using your GIFT CERT CODE. Forward us your Order Confirmation with a note to cancel and we'll get right on it!

    2. The $8-Accounting-Nightmare Method: If you'd prefer relevéPHOTO apply your GIFT CERT CODE to your already placed order, you can have us do so for a $8-Accounting-Nightmare Fee (previously known as our '$5-Accounting-Nightmare Fee'... but oh those headaches get costly!)

    Though not the preferred method, this is mostly helpful for those who forget to apply their code when ordering at 11:58PM on galleryFINALE night (and the dreaded price increase likely far outweighs the $8 fee!)

  • On your studio's galleryDEBUT date, you will be sent an email with the subject “relevePHOTO Deposit Information.”

    galleryDEBUTs are typically around three weeks after we have wrapped at your studio. For your specific galleryDEBUT date, go to releveAWAY.com and find your studio’s info site using the “studios” dropdown in the header.

    If your studio's gallery has already debuted, you likely have an email from us.

    • Search your inbox (the inbox of the email address used when making your deposit) for “relevePHOTO Deposit Information” or “relevePHOTO.” That email will contain your unique GIFT CERT CODE and all the instructions needed to apply your deposit to your purchase!

    • If you cannot find that email, we can help! Just forward your deposit receipt (automatically sent to the email address used to place your deposit) to info@relevephoto.com or email us this information:

      1. Email Address Used When Making Your Deposit (Check the email address associated with your payment method such as Apple Pay, PayPal, etc!)

  • Oh man, did our lab hide those well?!

    1. From within your gallery and with an image selected, click 'VISIT SHOP' on the right side panel.

    2. Find the Category ‘PHOTO GIFTS’ either by scrolling down or along the top of the page.

    3. Once there, click on ‘Other Gifts’ which will pull up the 'Photo Button' product.

    4. Click on the arrow to the right of the 'Photo Button' text. This will open a dropdown menu where you will find… MAGNETS! There are two different sizes of magnets!

theBASICS.

  • This is JUST a proofing site, which means all photos will be cleaned up before going to print!

    Standard edits INCLUDE taking out the backdrop, cleaning up the floor/scuff marks and correcting any noticeable errors caused by relevéPHOTO.

    Standard edits DO NOT INCLUDE any editing/retouching of the subject/dancer him/herself!

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • The crazyFUN groupSHOTs come AS-PICTURED, we DO NOT take out the background/foreground items in these shots... we think they add to the photos crazyFUN charm.

    • We will NOT clean up faces, wild hair, bruises or bumps, holes in tights, etc. without consent from the purchaser via the retouching fee!

    • FREE realistic facial retouching is included when purchasing as a digital file!

  • We STRONGLY urge you to just VIEW images on mobile devices and make your final purchase on a computer!

    Customizations (like dragging images into Memory Mates and package items) are MUCH easier when done on an actual computer and NOT on a mobile device!

    1. Click on any image to enlarge the preview and open the 'Quick Shop' panel on the right. The 'Quick Shop' showcases just a few of our most popular items.

    2. Browse and shop our entire offerings by clicking the 'VISIT SHOP' box towards the top of the 'Quick Shop' Panel.

    3. From there, the instructions vary by product, but you should be prompted when you start adding to your cart!

    We STRONGLY SUGGEST using the 'Add to Favorites' tool. This is especially helpful when you have images in multiple galleries and for building customized products (like packages and Memory Mates). You can do this many ways, but the easiest is by hovering over the image and selecting the “heart” logo on a photo. Access your favorites from the bar along the top of the page. Once you started building a package, you can click the ‘FAVORITES’ tab to see ALL your images not just those in the gallery you originated the package in.

  • First, we STRONGLY SUGGEST using the 'Add to Favorites' tool. This is especially helpful when you have images in multiple galleries and for building customized products (like packages and Memory Mates). You can do this many ways, but the easiest is by hovering over the image and selecting the “heart” button. Access your favorites from the bar along the top of the page.

    1. Click on any image which will enlarge the preview and open the 'Quick Shop' panel on the right. The 'Quick Shop' showcases just a few of our most popular items... there are a few packages listed there, but all can be found by clicking 'VISIT SHOP'.

    2. From ‘VISIT SHOP’, select the ‘Packages’ category to see the options with a list of what is included in each.

    3. Find the package that best fits your needs, and click ‘Start Building’. The system will prompt you to drag and drop images into the print size placeholders.

    4. From the tabs on the LEFT side panel, you can images from 'Selected' (the one image you clicked to start the package process), 'Favorites' (the images you chose as your favorite. We recommend choosing this tab) or 'All' (which shows the images in the gallery where you started.)

    5. Drag and drop until your package is fully built. This can be edited later from your cart!

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Packages are only offered BEFORE your studio's galleryFINALE! If you are not finding them, it is likely you are outside the Lowered Price Period which is typically five to eight weeks after your photoWEEK.

    • Occasionally, you will be asked to enter a password when trying to access your Favorites. This is often because you have images from previous years in your Favorites. When (re)entering this password, it is likely NOT the current year's password. The correct password is likely the YEARstudioabbreviation. You can find out which gallery is requesting the password by looking at the navigation bar in the upper left portion of the page (or “breadcrumbs”). EX: if the top bar reads ‘home»the collections»a step ahead»2020asa ' enter password: 2020asa (YEARstudioabbreviation).

  • UGH TECHNOLOGY... This one happens to us occasionally so we know how frustrating it can be! We have discussed it with our lab and still don't have a FULL-PROOF fix so here is what is recommended:

    1. Make sure you have hit the cart minimum of $25.

    2. Log out of your account and log back in.

    3. Clear your internet browser's 'cookies'. This is the main fix our lab recommends and here is a link with more details on how to do so.

    4. Another “fix” that often works for us is trying a different internet browser. If you’re using Chrome, switch to Safari, etc.

    In general, this is just super annoying and we apologize! This aggravating issue is still NOT something for which we extend the galleryFINALE/order deadline, so make sure and email us right away if you are still experiencing this issue after trying the four steps above.

  • YES! Photos stay online for AT LEAST one year (but we tend to stretch it out much longer.)

    The prices are at their higher, post-galleryFINALE price point with no packages available or coupon codes offered, but you can still order. You can and should still use your GIFT CERT CODE toward this purchase as those never expire!

    We DO NOT extend the galleryFINALE/order deadline for any reason. However occasionally have ONE sale in the fall when the current year's photo galleries revert back to Original Pricing (for the most part)! Email us if you would like to be notified of our lastCHANCE sale!

depositFUN.

  • Each $29/$39 deposit is for an individual shoot session in ONE costume. We equate this transaction to buying a gift certificate: funds you can use later on any gallery purchase!

    ALL deposit money goes on a gift certificate to be used on your print/product purchase. You'll make your purchase from an online proofing gallery a few weeks after photoDAY!

    We take individuals in at LEAST three unique poses and each dancer will have a MINIMUM of ten photos in the online proofing gallery. View two sample galleries here (password: sample): youngDANCERS / teenDANCERS

    At the time of your deposit, you do not need to know what final products you want to purchase, just which costume/s you would like individual photos taken in. If a deposit is not made for a class/costume, your dancer’s name will not be in our schedule and individual photos will not be taken.

    EVERYONE takes a photo for the groupSHOT, regardless of whether you made a deposit or not, and can purchase those online!

  • ALL deposits are made online.

    1. First, go to releveAWAY.com and find your studio. This is your studio's rP infoSITE filled with important information.

    2. After perusing the infoSITE, scroll to find the pink circle labeled 'individualsDEPOSIT’ and select it.

    3. Next, find your class. Classes are usually put into categories by SHOOT day (which may be DIFFERENT than the typical dance class day.) They can also be categorized class type such as Rec/Comp/Performing.

      TIP: Classes are rainbow-color coded by CLASS day (MON - red; TUE - orange; etc.) or AGE/SKILL. If you are having trouble finding your class, please email us so we can assist.

    4. Press 'Add To Cart' which will prompt you to add your dancer's name and other information.

    5. Repeat steps 3&4 for all classes in which you would like to have individual photographs taken.

    6. When finished, click the cart icon in the top right and follow prompts to complete your transaction. You will receive an email shortly after confirming your purchase! If you do not receive an email, please double check the email address you entered when making the purchase.

    You can make deposits up until your scheduled photo session start time, but we suggest planning & making your deposit purchase ahead of time to reduce photoDAY stress and so we can better help with any questions that may arise!

    IMPORTANT NOTE:

    The reduced deposit price is valid up until one day before we begin shooting at your studio!

    siblingSESSIONs and solo/duet/trio compSESSIONs are booked BY DAY with further info provided on the product page for each. See FAQ 06 'HOW DO YOU HANDLE A DEPOSIT FOR SIBLING or BUDDYSESSIONs?' below.

  • Your deposit works just like a gift certificate or gift card and can be applied toward ANYTHING IN YOUR ONLINE PROOFING GALLERY! This includes including prints, digital files, packages, groupSHOTS, compCOLLAGES, photos from last year and more... it can even go toward tax & shipping!

    It is NOT restricted to just the individuals for which you made the deposit. For example, if you liked more of your ballet individuals, use it all on that! Or, if you only make a deposit for tap, but you want a groupSHOT from jazz as well, use it on that!

    The ONLY thing it CANNOT go towards is FUTURE deposits (which is on a different site anyway)!

  • We want you to feel 100% CONFIDENT when making your deposit!

    If you don't like your photos or decide you need to spend that money elsewhere (whatever the reason), we will remove your photos and issue a FULL REFUND! We do ask that you start this refund process by emailing us BEFORE your studio's galleryFINALE as we CANNOT refund after that date!

    We DO NOT issue PARTIAL REFUNDS as the idea of the deposit is that you are committing to spending that amount on the photos we shoot.

    Email us the following information BEFORE your studio's galleryFINALE to speed up the refund process:

    3. Location of your dancer in the first groupSHOT of the gallery mentioned above (OR attach a screenshot of one of your dancer's individual photos):

  • Like a gift card, the balance remains on the GIFT CERT CODE. The remaining balance...

    • CAN be used toward any future online proofing gallery purchase!

    • CAN be combined with future or past GIFT CERT CODEs for use in the online proofing gallery!

    • CANNOT be used toward FUTURE DEPOSITS!

  • siblingSESSIONS.

    A siblingSESSION requires ONE $29/$39 deposit in your cart and can be a FREE add-on with at least TWO NON-siblingSESSION deposits in your cart! Use coupon code 'sibSESSION' at checkout to take the sibSESSION price off your deposit total!

    To make your siblingSESSION deposit:

    1. Go to releveAWAY.com and scroll to find your studio.

    2. Click on the pink 'individualsDEPOSIT' circle and scroll to find the product called 'siblingSESSION'.

    3. Select the DAY you plan to have us shoot the siblingSESSION and then 'Add To Cart'.

    4. Enter first and last names of ALL the siblings that will be taking photos. Ready and review the important prompt 'Remind the photog, PLEASE!'

    5. Make sure to enter the sibSESSION coupon code (if applicable) BEFORE completing your transaction. You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase!

    IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

    • We ONLY shoot siblingSESSIONs if a deposit has been purchased with a transaction or the sibSESSION coupon code.

    • These are often scheduled on a day at least ONE sibling already as a session, but you can decide what works best for you/your dancers!

    • Since these SESSIONs are added when it works best for you and your family, it is important to REMIND THE PHOTOG on photoDAY that you have purchased a siblingSESSION. If someone else will be taking your dancer/s to photoDAY, please also let them know of this purchase!

    • siblingSESSIONS are worked in at the end of scheduled group sessions. We ask for your patience in squeezing in these favorite shots!

    • The siblingSESSIONs are quick (but oh-so-cute.) They include one dance-inspired pose (with a few ‘looks’) and our favorite hug/cuddle! You’ll likely have around 5 options in the gallery. If you want more of your siblings, email us for other options!

    buddySESSIONS.

    These SESSIONS also require only ONE deposit in your cart! Start by making the deposit just as you would for a regular class individual session by finding the class you'd like us to shoot the buddySESSION. After selecting 'Add To Cart', a dialogue box asking for the Dancer's Name appears. Enter ALL the names of the dancers to be included in the buddySESSION.

  • solo/duet/trio : sign up for a ‘compSESSION’.

    A compSESSION is a more personalized 8-10 minute photo session. They require a $39 deposit per compSESSION when purchased prior to the sale deadline. If it is a duet/trio, it requires only ONE compSESSION time slot and therefore only one $39 deposit is required.

    These are only offered on certain photoDAYs based on the time available before or after our regular shoot schedule.

    To book a compSESSION:

    1. Select the pink ‘individualsDEPOSIT’ button from your studio's info site and scroll to the bottom. The compSESSION product listing will likely be the LAST tile on a day/category page and labeled 'compSESSION - [day]'. It may also be on the ‘COMP’ page.

    2. After reading the important details, choose an available time from the dropdown. Follow the prompts until you are fully checked out.

    IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

    • It IS possible to add this to your cart and by check out time, that particular day/time be 'out of stock' (i.e. someone swiped it up quickly before you were able to check out)! For this reason, we recommend adding compSESSIONs last, (after adding all your other class deposits) so you have the most up-to-date list of available compSESSIONs.

    • If you do not see a compSESSION listing on a particular day, we may not be offering them or they may be booked for that day. We suggest looking for the compSESSION listing on another day.

    • If you cannot find a compSESSION listing on ANY day, we may be FULLY booked and if so, email us ASAP so we can look for other options! Please DO NOT EMAIL (as we may miss it before packing up) on the LAST day of our scheduled shoot at your studio!

    • We will TRY to make adjustments/exceptions for scheduling these, but CANNOT guarantee any maneuvering or adding to our schedule after we have STARTED shooting at your studio. So, please plan ahead and book your compSESSION ASAP!

  • This puts YOU in control (only if you want!) Once you've added a product to your cart, you can customize the crop just by clicking on the image. You can choose to crop tighter or even go from horizontal to vertical and vice versa.

    FOR WHITE BACKDROP IMAGES:

    1. The newest cropping feature (rather annoyingly) does not let you extend your crop past the edges of the uploaded photograph which means some print sizes appear to cut off the subject. For WHITE BACKDROP IMAGES, we can extend the white edges so do NOT worry about the subject appearing to be cut off. We look at all crops and make sure the subject fits well before sending your order to print!

    2. If you are a little lost or prefer not to be in charge of the crop, we recommend leaving WHITE BACKDROP IMAGES as they appear when you add them to your cart. We apply a standard crop to all uncropped-by-you WHITE BACKDROP IMAGES. We will email you directly if we have questions before sending to print!

    FOR SPLASH (color) BACKDROP IMAGES:

    1. Please double-check your crop lines before and after adding a releveSPLASH image to your cart. Every pixel of the backdrop on these images is a different color; therefore, we cannot easily extend the backdrop. If your dancer appears cut off, we recommend trying a different size (4x6 or 8x12 will fit 99% of SPLASH images) or purchase in digital format!

    2. We leave a LOT of extra space on these shots to allow for different size prints and products which could cause them to appear further away. You can always use the cropping feature to make the shot tighter. We usually take care of this before sending to print.

    ORIENTATION - Horizontal vs. Vertical:

    relevéPHOTO loves a unique, creative crop that may include extra white space on some images.

    White space can add drama to your photos, draw more focus to an area of the shot, highlight movement, etc. You may notice ALL close-up shots are horizontal.

    We only adjust orientation for best-fit on wallets and magnets so the subject fills the space due to the smaller size (and because we can safely assume these two items will not be framed.)

    However, orientation and white space can be adjusted by you from your cart:

    1. Add all items to your cart and select the cart icon in the top right of your screen.

    2. Click on the thumbnail for the first product/print in your cart.

    3. From here, you can pull from the edges to tighten/adjust the crop. Just above the image preview is a gray bar (shown here.) Choose “Rotate” to change the orientation.

    4. You’ll get a preview of the image and can adjust the lines again to get the perfect crop. NOTE: SOME products/prints have DOUBLE crop lines. Make sure to account for the inner most crop line.

    5. Choose “Next >” above the gray bar to do the same to the next print/product and all of the remaining items in your cart!

  • Sooo glad you asked!

    Here’s why we STRONGLY prefer high-resolution DIGITAL purchases:

    • Digital allows you to print as many copies as you’d like! This is recommended for those special images you plan to reproduce en masse and send to all your favorite people in the world.

    • No tracking or waiting on standard mail delivery!

    • All digital file purchases include COMPLIMENTARY facial retouching (a $22/file savings!) This beautiful, yet REALISTIC touch-up of the face and hair makes every image that much more “WOW!”

    We offer TWO options for HIGH-RES Digital Files (for personal use):

    1. Individual Digital File: $38. This is ONE SINGLE image/pose.

    2. Five-Pack Digital Files: $144. Buy 5 and save! The digital five-pack we love so much includes 5 different images/unique poses.

    IMPORTANT TO NOTE about HIGH-RES DIGITAL FILES:

    • High-resolution (printable) files are offered for individual photos only - NOT groupSHOTs.

    • The turnaround time for these is the same as all other products: up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS! You WILL receive an email with a download link once your order has been approved.

    • We do NOT sell “CDs/DVDs” of all your images.

  • We LOVE the metallic finish. It's 3D-esque in how it provides richer, deeper colors and great contrast, even for black and white. If you typically order/prefer gloss, we recommend going with metallic.

    'E-surface' is similar to lustre/matte. We order this for anything we plan on framing as the metallic could cause extra glare!

    The site will give you more details on each when you click the circled letter “i."

  • YES! Any photo can go from color to black & white OR agedPHOTO treatment for no additional charge. We do this AFTER you place your order.

    To request treatment changes, forward your order confirmation to info@relevePHOTO.com. Be sure to include the filename/s (the telephone-like, alphanumeric code under the highlighted photo) with explicit instructions on the preferred treatment and we'll handle the rest!

    We do not let you preview the conversion before it's printed so take a look at the samples within the gallery to be sure it's what you'd like!

    FUN FACT: When we apply a different treatment to a photo, we usually leave a duplicate of the same shot in the gallery. Check just before or after the treated photo (hint: sometimes we crop it differently) for the full color original!

  • We love framing! And our site allows you to add framing right from your cart at ridiculously LOW prices compared to taking it to a frame shop. You can compare the different frame and mat options right from the site.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • You CANNOT frame items within a package. Sad. :(

    • Framing will add to your base shipping price... (obviously, but still felt obligated to mention!) It’s likely still less expensive than custom framing from a frame shop or craft store.

  • ... how frustrating! Here are a few quick tips to try first:

    1. Make sure you are entering the coupon code in the correct spot (NOT in the 'GIFT CERT CODE' location!) Here is a screenshot of where to find the Coupon Code Box on the Shipping Page

    2. Double-check spelling. Sometimes it's hard to differentiate between a lowercase L and the number 1 or zero vs. the letter O.

  • UGH...TECHNOLOGY! This one happens to us occasionally so we know how frustrating it can be! We have discussed it with our lab and we still don't have a FULL-PROOF fix so here's what we recommend trying:

    1. Make sure you have hit the cart minimum of $25.

    2. Log out of your account and back in.

    3. Clear your internet browser cookies. This is the main fix our lab recommends and here is a link with more details on how to do so.

    4. Try a different internet browser. Ex: If you’re using Chrome, try on Safari, etc.

    In general, this is just super annoying and we apologize! This is still NOT something for which we extend the galleryFINALE/order deadline, so make sure and email us right away if you are still experiencing this issue after trying the steps above.

  • On your studio's galleryDEBUT date, you will receive an email with the subject line “relevePHOTO Deposit Information.” Search the inbox of the email address used when making your deposit for that subject line or “relevePHOTO.” The email will contain your unique GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE and all instructions for how to apply your deposit to your purchase!

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Oftentimes, the email address associated with your payment method is auto-populated when making your deposit. galleryDEBUT emails and important gallery reminders will be sent to the email address used for the deposit. Double check the address you entered when making your deposit or check the email address associated with your payment method (Apple Pay, PayPal, etc!)

    • galleryDEBUTs are typically around three weeks after we have wrapped at your studio. For your specific galleryDEBUT date, go to releveAWAY.com and find your studio using the “studios” dropdown in the header.

    • Make sure you are NOT entering your GIFT CERT CODE in the COUPON CODE box. The Coupon Code box will show up on several pages of the checkout process. You'll enter your GIFT CERT CODE on the final page of the checkout process, just above the credit card field. Here is a screenshot of the correct box to enter your GCC.

  • COUPON CODES: As of 2019, we can NO LONGER apply coupon codes after the order is placed nor issue refunds for those who forget.

    However, if you'd like for us to cancel the order (so you can replace it using the coupon code), forward your photo order confirmation to info@relevePHOTO.com with a note to cancel the order so that you can place it again using your coupon code.

    IMPORTANT NOTES:

    • Replacing the order will affect editing and shipping times but it's likely worth the extra savings!

    • If you used a GIFT CERT CODE on the order and we cancel it, funds will go back to GIFT CERT CODE immediately. Refunds from any other payment method could take 2-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

    • You can safely replace your order (using your GIFT CERT CODE as you did originally) as soon as you get confirmation of the cancellation.

    GIFT CERTIFICATE CODES: If you forgot to use your gift certificate code, you have two options:

    1. The FREE Method: We cancel your order and then you place a NEW order using your GIFT CERT CODE. Forward us your Order Confirmation with a note to cancel and we'll get right on it!

    2. The $8-Accounting-Nightmare Method: If you'd prefer relevéPHOTO apply your GIFT CERT CODE to your already placed order, you can have us do so for a $8-Accounting-Nightmare Fee (previously known as our '$5-Accounting-Nightmare Fee'... but oh those headaches get costly!)

    Though not the preferred method, this is mostly helpful for those who forget to apply their code when ordering at 11:58PM on galleryFINALE night (and the dreaded price increase likely far outweighs the $8 fee!)

    Here are a few things we like:

    AVOID OUTRAGEOUS SHIPPING:

    1. If your studio has over 150 dancers, take advantage of your freeSHIP Day! On this single scheduled date, for 24-hours only, relevéPHOTO will cover the cost of shipping on any order over $49. If applicable, check your studio's info site for the date and coupon codes! Keep in mind, due to increased order volume, any order placed on this day may have an increased edit delay so please plan accordingly and only take advantage if you don't have a tight deadline!

    2. GO DIGITAL! We highly recommend checking out the high-resolution Digital options (or, at the very least, doing a price comparison that includes the taxes/shipping on non-digital!) ONE SINGLE POSE/FILE is $38; a PACKAGE of FIVE is $144 (yay savings!)

      At first glance, this may not seem like a lot of savings, but it allows for UNLIMITED personal use/printing! This route will be more cost-effective for printing in bulk and can also open up your options to products at a price we can't match (like canvas wraps) or that we don't even offer (some of our faves: stickers, die-cut keychains, socks, blankets, etc.) Going digital also avoids shipping costs, additional sales tax, and gives you loads of freedom for future use (think graduations, dance milestones, & more.)

      One more perk: COMPLIMENTARY Facial Retouching that adds a beautiful, yet realistic glow to each subject. This is included for no additional charge ($22/file in savings!)

    STRETCH YOUR DOLLAR with SINGLE-IMAGE PACKAGES:

    All packages boast savings, but our Single-Image Packs get you more prints for less! This is a great option if you really love a particular image or two. The Single-Image Basic Pack gets you variety of our most popular sizes for a single photo (one of each of our four most popular sizes.) Our Single-Image FIVE Pack gets you 5 same-size prints of a single file/image. We recommend these for your favorite shots to share with family and friends. Buying multiple Single-Image Packs gets you even more (in terms of physical prints) for less! These packages also keep you at the lower shipping price-point.

    REMEMBER TO ENTER YOUR COUPON CODES:

Going digital avoids shipping costs, additional sales tax, and gives you loads of freedom for future use (think graduations, dance milestones, & more.) It also opens up your options to products at a price we can't match or that we don't even offer, like some listed below!

    MORE REASONABLE PRODUCT OFFERINGS:

    • Canvas Wraps: Easy Canvas Prints is where I (Erika - owner of relevéPHOTO) print all our family photos... and we have loads! Our pro lab can't come close to their prices and we've found the quality to be great. We recommend paying a little more for the thicker 'Wrap' as it makes it look & feel more luxe. Sign up for their email list to get weekly promotional deals or, oftentimes, they are advertised and available right on the site.

    • Bulk Printing: mPix is a great lab (we use their pro lab often) for online prints. They often have deals that reduce prices even further. This lab prints a wide variety of items/print sizes and we've found them to be very reliable in terms of quality and customer service. As an extra bonus, the color profile for our digital files should match theirs perfectly. While we don't recommend large-scale printing at local, one-hour stores, they can be sufficient for smaller print sizes if you’re in a pinch. Plus, they offer pick-up instead of shipping rates!

    FUN, UNIQUE ITEMS WE DON'T OFFER:

    • StickerMule is one of our favorite sites with lots of fun stuff! We especially love their stickers and pins. They also have die-cut keychains. Every Tuesday they'll email you their weekly deal, which usually includes free shipping.

    • Sock | Club is just one of many sites that make custom socks using your own photo! We love a bright pair of socks at relevéPHOTO... bright + dancer photo = PERFECTION.

    • Etsy obviously has tons of different uses for your digital files. This seller offers fridge magnets; This seller uses your file to make pretty cool birch blocks; This seller does 16x20 wall clings with your digital file. That's just the start of fun on Etsy.com. (relevéPHOTO cannot guaratee the quality of these examples.)

    DIGITAL FILE PRINTING NOTE: Different screens (and even eyes) can show color in different ways. Our digital files are calibrated to our lab's print profiles and should work well with most reputable print/product places. The final product COULD look different than the online version; this is NOT unique to our digital files. Screens/color profiles vary! This is especially true when printing NEONS / BRIGHT COLORS!
